125 Years
A Community Celebration
A BIG THANK YOU to Kewaskum! Without the help and support of our volunteers, vendors, sponsors, businesses, organizations, entertainment, families, village staff, and ALL OF YOU, this event would not have been possible. There were countless offers of help, donations, suggestions, and words of encouragement to keep making this event better and better.
We have so many individuals to thank—please know we appreciate each and every one of you for your assistance along the way! The looks on your faces, the shared conversations we had, and the photos and comments we have seen on social media prove this village had a BLAST!

Kewaskum Statesman
Digital Newspapers
We are pleased to announce that Kewaskum Statesman archives are now available in word-searchable digital files!
The archives date back to Oct. 5, 1895, when the first issue of the Kewaskum Statesman was printed. While most editions are available, this remains a work in progress as we await for some editions to be added to the collection.
The digitized newspapers will also be available at Kewaskum Public Library and on newspapers.com in the near future.
KEWASKUM, WISCONSIN
The Making of a Village
In conjunction with Kewaskum's 125th Anniversary, the Kewaskum Historical Society published a book documenting the Village’s history.
With more than 300 pages and over 600 photos, this hardcover book includes detailed chapters with information about Chief Kewaskum, early pioneers, area businesses, schools, churches, local government, civic groups, and more.
Included throughout the book are memories from Village residents, adding a personal touch to our already interesting Village history. You will also find many historic photos, documents, maps and other items related to Kewaskum.
